Reach Out!

This is the third blurb I've typed up for this layout (I originally made it for a request, then entered it in AnimeShare's layout contest). I think it turned out pretty good, though. However, I hate Naruto. Lol.
Anyway, on to the credits: brushes are from Aethereality, Ewanism and 44suburbia; the pattern is from Fractured Sanity and the image is a PNG from Blinding Light (I don't like using PNGs, personally, but it was requested that I use this image, so there you go).

Instructions

To use this layout, first download the file and unzip using WinZip or a similar program. Then, open index.html in a text editor and edit between the markers in the code saying <!--CONTENT HERE--> and stuff. There is no need to put line breaks in between the navigation links as that happens automatically. You may edit the style.css if you want but it is not recommended.

If you use this layout you MUST leave a link to me somewhere on every page. Don't steal the layout or pretend you made it. Don't steal or copy the source code/css, in part or whole, as it was written in NotePad and is entirely copyright.
